Okay folks, here are the actual results. The fortune cookie maker correctly assigned these three fortunes, and so did Dad!

Kate has a good appetite and certainly did at that Chinese restaurant. Josh started calling her little Moo Goo (she & I shared Moo goo gai pan).
Liz is going to the seaside in June with the REST of her family! yeah!!!!!

Elizabeth: I love your blog and the most inpressive is Kate on video. I hope Amy learns how to do that. What a thrill for all. I'm thrilled that the irish is blooming for you and it will for years to come. Mine are in full bloom now with the azeala's in the background,pink,and it is so beautiful around the pattio now even though I'm not there much to see it.I did go home to get my mail and enjoyed it.
