Ultra Sound Off
Finally, I took the trouble to walk over to my scanner and scan our 20 week ultra sound picture. Apologies! We also have our visit recorded for those of you who may be at my house over the holidays. This ultra sound experience was much better than the first. The tech didn't gouge my stomach with her wand. Everything looked great as far as her organs and measurements. Her heart was a textbook four chamber. She weighed .8 lb, which is right in the normal range. We still haven't come to any fixed conclusions about names. It seems as though all my favorite names are either already in our family or our close friends. I.E. I love the names Emma, Lydia, Caroline, and Ella. Oh well, I suppose I'm glad that all of your little girls have absolutely precious names, but I'm still in a quandary about our selection. I've even started getting experimental with names like Sage and McKenna -- Josh shoots them down in about 1 sec. I know I won't pick a name like that, probably, I'm a little too traditional. :-) I've been checking out the Social Security Administration's website about popular names for each year, and you would be soo surprised by some of the names that are WAYY down on the list like Zoey and Anjelica and Imam. But, they are still in the top 1000 names for the 1990's.

Even though we aren't having a baby we occasionally bat about names for fun (more for my fun than for Grahams). I really liked Thomas for a boy but then someone at worked told me my child would be named after an drink (Tom Collins) and that completely ruined it for me.
LOL - Kelley that is funny. I'm glad you have been forewarned so as to avoid any comical name combos!!
Sorry we stole your name, but we did it to Lynzi and Lukas too =). Worry not..there are plenty of cute names out there. If all else fails, you can name your child after an STD like some of Mom's students have been named.
The name game. I know it is such a dilEMMA. Ella wouldn't mind having a twin. =) I have some I think are really cute that I will have to tell you to see if you like. How about EmmaLy Caroella? Sorry- I couldn't resist! =)
Those are some really good combos, Stephanie. :-)
Dolly, So nice to come home from Mexico City and read your blog. :) My favorite name (besides you 3 Dollys and your dear Mother's) I think is Ann. Dont' know why. I just like it.
Love,Dad
Yay! Aren't ultrasound pictures so neat? I hope we will get to see the video sometime!
