This house goes by a few names around here: the little house (Lydia's name), the cold house (also Lydia. The first many times she went there it was winter time & of course, the electricity wasn't turned on), the 'vestment house (Kate's name for it); I think the guys call it the Ridge Road House. Whatever it is, I'm it's widow! The guys have been working nonstop since the closing to make improvements before getting it back on the market. On the list: new siding, reconfiguring the front porch area, hardwood & carpet on the interior, new kitchen cabinet doors, trim in all of the rooms, and of course, a fresh coat of paint everywhere. And many other odds n ends.

is this the original siding or the already replaced siding?
This is how it looked when the purchased it. Now, 7 days later, there is quite a difference! Have you seen the pics on FB?
I'm sure you (and Josh) appreciate the Lord's Day even more now. Well, as they say, "Ya falta menos."
