How do her features compare to Kate as a newborn? Does little Rachel look similar to her big sis.

Love the name. :-D

I'm lovin' skipping around these blogs and "visiting" the new babies! Congratulations to you all. Rachel looks like a sweetie and I can't wait to fawn over all these pretty little girls when you return to church. It sounds like Kate was perfectly ready to be a big sister.

I will probably write more later, but yes, I did VBAC! Once I found that Rachel was NOT breech, I didn't have too many concerns about perhaps having to have a c-section (due to some complication in birth).

I'm doing fairly well. I would actually say that I felt the best the day OF the birth -- still living on the high. I have a cold & nasty cough which is a major complicating factor when trying to heal that whole pelvic region. You may ask why? Go ahead & cough, that should give you some idea. I also lost my voice, but have regained it some today. So, please pray that my cough will skitter away quickly AND that my sweet baby will be able to hear her sweet mama's voice instead of growly bear's!
