December 24-January 30th -- The Baileys, Johnsons, Dosters, and Murphys vacationed in Cape San Blas, FL at a beach home that almost squeezed all of us in. There was a small bit of overflower into a neighboring treehouse. As you can imagine at a beach in December, we didn't do a lot of swimming. But we made up for this by a boat load of gaming.
Ryan, unkown, Brian, Matt, Mike, Bob, and Jake gather round an itty bitty table to their gambling. We eventually let them have the big table.
Jake takes his poker very, very seriously.
There were several LOOOOONG games of chess played. Is Jake drooling?
There's the Pooks with her favorite instrument of exploration. I think she was helping Dad play Poker here.
Jennifer sports her parade wave whilst repeating for the third time, "Two runs and one set?"
Our new favorite card game: Liverpool Rummy. Granny introduced this addictive game to the ladies, mostly. Mr. Bailey didn't approve of the gradual revealing of rules claiming to Mike Doster, "Your mom's cheating again!" Amy hung through an amazing losing streak to clean up big time.
